Before you order

We do not guarantee prices. We will always use the best possible rate when we process your order, however we cannot guarantee processing times, especially during busy periods.
We deliver most orders within just a few minutes of your deposit appearing in our bank account.

Please note though that we cannot guarantee what the processing times will be – as orders can be delayed due to congestion on the exchanges, bank transfer times, public holidays, etc. We will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.

We are currently adding the POLi payment method, which will mean faster orders for everybody. Yay! 😀

YES!! Your funds are stored at an address created just for you inside your Portfolio, and you hold the keys! This is not like an exchange where your funds are stored in their wallets.
We get quite a few requests for this, and it is something we’re implementing in the first quarter of 2018.
We only accept New Zealand dollars at the moment. In future, you will be able to pay with cryptocurrencies as well.

The rate you are quoted on our main page is inclusive of ALL fees. This means all currency exchange fees, all mining fees, all gas prices, and all withdrawal fees – everything! Easy Crypto charges a 1% fee for our service which is included in your total order price.

There are no hidden fees, no withdrawal charges … nothing! What you see is what you get 🙂

10 out of 10 times that customers cannot open their portfolio, it is because they have not entered their pass phrase correctly. So first step is to check that you have entered it correctly and that you have the right spelling for each word in your pass phrase. If you’re not sure, double check in a dictionary.

About our services

We have a range of exchanges that we purchase from. Our systems will constantly search across these to find the cheapest path to buy your cryptocurrency from.
Unfortunately we don’t offer buy back services at the moment, but this is something we will be looking to add in the near future.
For orders under $1000 you just need to sign in with Google, Facebook, Twitter or your email address.

If you wish to order more than $1000 (either in one order or cumulative) you will need to be verified by us.

We will ask you to provide 3 things for verification:

  1. A photo of your ID. This can be a New Zealand passport or New Zealand driver’s license
  2. A photo of you with your ID. This must contain a handwritten note with today’s date, and the words “I am buying Bitcoin from Easy Crypto”
  3. A recent bank statement or bill showing proof of address. We can accept any of the following, issued within the last 12 months:
  • Utility bill
  • Statement/correspondence from a bank or financial institution
  • Insurance policy document
  • Unexpired rental or tenancy agreement
  • Correspondence from a government agency containing a unique reference (e.g. IRD number, Client File Number or Tenancy Bond reference number)
